New members and 6.1.15

Guys and Gals!!! Please do your best welcoming all the new faces to the gym!  Remember, the flow of the gym is un-natural to new members so please introduce yourself, say hi, and help them flow!  Thank you again for helping enforce the 15min policy!  The gym flows much better when there aren't 10+ people crowding in before the previous class has finished. For those of you who have been coming regularly and have not started a squat program and you feel like your squat is comfortable enough (autonomic) and you want to start a structured cycle, please let Melissa or myself know!
