Athletic Self-Care Massage Workshop: Lower Extremities

Our new resident HB massage therapist, Tamara Breuer, will lead a workshop on massage techniques that you can incorporate into your athletic practice for recovery and injury prevention. The workshop will cover how to use different self-massage tools we see often in the gym, such as lacrosse balls and foam rollers, as well as manual techniques. While this workshop will center on the lower extremities, its purpose is to teach you the skills necessary to take charge of your own self-care routine. This workshop will take place on Saturday, September 16th at 10am.
